Saidwell is a voice AI agency that builds custom, code-first solutions for businesses. We do not use no-code tools or generic templates. Every project is tailored to client needs, including middleware, logic, integrations, and custom voice models.

3. Intellectual Property
All content, code, and assets developed by Saidwell — including but not limited to software, documentation, voice models, and integrations — remain the property of Saidwell unless otherwise agreed in a written contract. Any third-party tools or models used will be properly licensed.
Custom voice models or other deliverables created specifically for you may be governed by separate agreements regarding ownership and licensing.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of a project, including code, business processes, and client data.
5. Payment Terms
All projects and services are subject to written agreements outlining scope, pricing, timelines, and payment terms. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may incur interest or service suspension.
6. Warranties and Disclaimers
Saidwell provides Services “as is” and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding performance, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. While we use industry best practices, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saidwell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate Services in accordance with the terms of their specific agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due, and all materials must be returned or destroyed as specified in the contract.
